I Want to Make My Fucking First $10K PER MONTH! HOW DO I DO IT FAST?
I Want to Make My Fucking First $10K PER MONTH—HOW DO I DO IT FAST, Papa Eli?
I don’t usually write but this is ok.. lol
In this essay,
I’ll cover how to use the most efficient strategy,
workflow, and processes exactly.
Then, at the end,
I’ll give you a simple but extremely powerful,
proven plan to hit at least $10K per month.
But to be honest, I’m handing you the same exact process that I’ve used to:
- Sell over $25M+ online.
- Scale one of my current portfolio companies, Closing Catapult, to $2.5M per year in profit in under 28 days—with only 500 YouTube subscribers, meaning I had no audience.
- Scale ElitesTribe to a $1.2M per year run rate in 30 days with organic content.
Here’s what I didn’t have:
- Creator experience.
- A network or investors.
- An email list.
- A fucking funnel.
- A website.
- Any Zapier coding or “techy skills.”
- I wasn’t even a native English speaker selling to American prospects.
So, if I can do it with the deck stacked against me, you’ll have an EASY time using my strategy—and you should be able to make 10x more money than me with this same process. Let’s start this Catapult!
CREATING MY $25M DEAL-MAKING SLINGSHOT SYSTEM
This isn’t an offer—it’s a fucking *deal*, like Elon Musk and Trump call it. No bullshit, straight to the sauce.
What’s a DEAL, and What Makes It an ELITE DEAL?
A *deal* is a contract between two parties—B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business). Every deal has key parts:
- Who the deal is made for.
- The core promise (the outcome).
- The timeframe of that promise.
- Guarantees? Bonuses?
- Emotional payoff—like the certainty a client feels that you’ll deliver, and how they feel buying it.
- How much work the client has to do, and what they’re sacrificing.
- The exchange of value (usually $$).
- Price.
- Deliverables (what they get for their money).
This is just 1% of it, but using the 80/20 rule, these are the main things you need to understand. Let’s keep it fucking stupid simple—KISS, okay?
But first, a quick tip you don’t want to hear but NEED to hear to maximize this framework:
Quick Tip:
Look in the mirror. What kind of elite fucker do you see? A Chad with potential to become a *real* elite—but you know it takes time. No excuses. Where you are right now is all your fault. Grab yourself by the balls and own it—Eli’s not coming to your room to do it for you (I’m not gay, okay?). That’s your quick worldview and paradigm shift. If you want it simpler: I’m dropping “mental fixers” to tweak your mindset. The more I do this, the more elite you’ll become—slowly but surely. I work with elites, not whiny failed entrepreneurs from cushy backgrounds who don’t take ownership.
- Iteration = Actively improving.
- Worldview = Your lens, how you see the world.
- Paradigm = Your mental framework of beliefs and thinking.
Quick interruption—ADHD moment. I’m writing this as a traveling creator founder in my Airbnb closet in Summerlin, Las Vegas. I still get distracted by shiny objects, but it’s fine. Why? Because those $997 rainbow-course warriors with their 5+ sales teams and shitty profit margins—or worse, those loser gurus with 10+ sales reps *and* a peasant “setter” team—don’t get it. They teach you how to make $10K per month but don’t know shit about being a creator business owner with:
- No audience.
- No tech skills.
- No funnel.
- No ad experience.
- Nothing.
Based on what, bitches? I learned this the hard way.
How I Catapulted Elites Tribe from $0 to $1.2M/Year Profit in 30 Days
I started Elites Tribe, my first portfolio company, and scaled it to a $1.2M/year profit run rate with cash collected in its first month. How?
I hired an Elite Business Development Rep (BDR)—not a setter, not a sales rep, not a dumb peasant slave. A real elite team member who felt like a brother. He generated *pre-framed, warm, qualified* sales calls for me to close with a 100% close rate. Were the first few calls perfect? No—I’m not a robot. If some guru claims they close every deal, it’s as fake as saying, “I’ve never felt anger, hate, sadness, or fear.” Bullshit.
It only took a few calls to train him because—get this—he had *no sales experience*. I found him in a Discord self-improvement group while networking and naturally selling. I tried to close him, failed, and thought, “Why not hire him?” I always close qualified deals, so this was a no-brainer.
Tip for Beginners:
If you’re at zero ($0–$20K/month—yes, $20K/month is basically zero), hiring a BDR can help generate sales calls depending on your deal and how many calls you’re booking. With no audience or system, a BDR can get you to $10K, $100K, even $220K/month—like I did.
My paradigm? Simple. He was unqualified to buy Elites Tribe but perfect to work for me. I hired him on the spot. (Gurus say “hire slow, fire fast”—I did the opposite, and it was the best move I ever made.) That’s how Elites Tribe made me a millionaire. I focused on content, had an automated BDR generating qualified leads, and closed deals while helping clients.
How It Went Down
I made YouTube videos and tweets to nurture the leads my BDR generated. He went to self-improvement Discord groups—where our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) hung out. He’d do 1–3 calls to nurture, pre-frame, pre-qualify, and send leads to watch my YouTube before my sales call. Once they were ready to invest in our $9,800 high-ticket price, they’d book with me.
For Elites Tribe, we used Skool early on for a decentralized model—educating clients to collaborate and network. For others, we used a centralized model (1-on-1, private communication via Slack, WhatsApp, or Discord). In the creator education business, A/B testing is key. We didn’t just test—we ran both models at once and still do, depending on the ICP and deal.
Centralized vs. Decentralized Models
- Centralized Educating Model: You’re at the center—clients, contractors, billing, support. Great for starting out—fast, simple, full control. But it breaks at scale or burns you out if your LTV (lifetime value per client) isn’t high enough (i.e., you don’t charge enough).
- **Decentralized Educating Model**: You’re not the only resource. Clients and contractors use things like FAQs, groups, or workflows without bugging you. Scales better.
How I Scaled to 7 Figures in 28 Days
I started my wildly profitable educating business and hit 7 figures in under 28 days by focusing on three things:
1. Closing calls (selling $9.8K deals).
2. Helping clients (educating calls).
3. Creating as *little content as possible*.
Why so little content?
- I sucked at it.
- I was shy.
- I was terrible on camera.
- My English was shit.
- I felt uncredible.
- I had limiting beliefs.
- I was a perfectionist.
- I judged others, so I judged myself.
- I thought friends, family, coworkers, or classmates would laugh or cringe.
- It felt uncomfortable.
But I knew I had to do the bare minimum. My BDR would say, “Eli, make a video on this topic to break this belief for our ICP.” So I did—enough to get more calls, easier closes, maxed-out show-up rates. After losing a few early deals, we fixed it with content that pre-framed and handled objections for one-call closes.
